Voltmann CEO departures Longtime TIA CEO steps down Robert Voltmann has left the $5M-revenue Transportation Intermediaries Association after 23 years as CEO. Doug Clark, a consultant and longtime industry executive, has been named interim CEO of the Alexandria, Va.-based group while the board searches for a new chief. "While this was a difficult decision, I have accomplished everything I was hired to accomplish," Voltmann said in a statement.
